NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant pursu-ant io a Resolution and Order of th City Council of Mount ITeasaut, County of Sanpete, Siaie of Utah, made and entered at a special session of the said council regularly called and held on the 8th day of June. A. D. l!il2. and in accordance with the provisions of Section Sec-tion 3ull and Section 890 of tne Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, a SPECIAL ELECTION will be held in the City of JUmnt Pleasant, Sanpete County, Utah, on SatTAy, the 13:h day of July, A. The creation of said indebtedness in-debtedness is for the particular purpose of constructing an electric light plant wlih distributing dis-tributing system for the supplying of said city and the inhabitants thereof with electri: light and power, which said plant and distributing system shall be uvned und controlled by the said municipality o. Mount Pleasant, Utah. Said election shall be held and conducted in the manner and form provided by law.
