Notice to Contractors. ! Sealed proposals will l)e receiver! by the j Moroni School Board, at Moroni, Utah, tor the erection of au addition to the Moroni Public I School. To he done in accordance with plans and specifications as prepared hy Joseuu Nelson Nel-son , Architect. Plans and specifications can be had from the Hoard or from the Architect, F. Bank Building. Provo, Utah. The work will be let in two contracts; one for the general gener-al erection, etc.. and one for the heating and plumbing. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check of 5 per cent of the bid and made payable to the Secretary of the Moroni Mo-roni School Board. Said check to be torfeited to the Board in case the contract is a warded and the contractor fail to provide a sun-tv bond as provided by law within ten days after receiving written notice of the award of the bids will be opened at the School House at Moroni.
