Show Wasatch Arranges For New Lyceum Course Fred C. Graham of the Graham Music Bureau of Salt Lake City was in Mount Pleasant last Monday and . hut here made arrangements with Wasatch Academy to give another year's entertainment in the Liceum Course. Next year the numbers selected will be a litlle stronger than they were this season and it is ex-pec. ex-pec. ed that better results will be obtained by the school. The series next year will- begin with the Panama Male Quartet which is now working in the east. They are experienced singers having been on the Liceum course for three years. Following the quartet will appear Thomas Brooks Fletcher, a lecturer whose style of speaking is on the order of William Jennings Bryan. He is booked on every course in the larger cit ies. The Maurer Sisers Orch'estra is an at tract ion like the Panama quartet quar-tet and they are likewise in the east at the present time. Reports coming com-ing from affiliated managers say that the ladies are asked for return en-i en-i gagements at many of the eastern ' cities. Smith Damron, the potter eraftts- man is an extraordinary good number. num-ber. . Mr. Damron will make pots by I the tread wheel out of crude clay keeping up a continuous fire of talk comparing the moulding of the pots to the moulding of character. The closing number will probably be a musical number from the music department of Wasatch Academy. j |
