STATE OF UTAH ) COUNTY OF SANPETE ) S3 NORTH SANPETE SCHOOL DISTRICT ) Pursuant to the authority and direction of that certain resolution and trder duly passed and adopted by the board of education of the North San- ' I ete School District, of Sanpete County, Utah, a county school district of i the first class, at a regular meeting thereof held at its office in the city of ! Mount Pleasant in said school district on Friday, to-wit the 3rd day of , March, 1916. I PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN ! according to law, that at the bond election hereby called to be held In each ; school representative precinct of the North Sanpete School District, of San- : pete county, Utah, on .Monday, to-w;t: the 3rd day of April, A. D. 1916, between be-tween the hours of 7 o'clock A. M. and 7 o'clock P. M. and at the several polling places therein hereinafter named, there will be submitted to the duly (.ualitied voters of said school district, the question following for their vote und determination thereat, to-wit: "Shall the board of education of the North Sanpete School District of Sanpete County, Utah, for the purpose of raiEing money for purchasing school sites, for building one or more school houses, and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, be empowered to issue, negotiate and sell the school building bonds of said school district to an amount aggregating ag-gregating the principal sum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) comprised of bonds numbered consecutively from 1 upwards, ftf the denomination of S500 each, dated April 1, A. D. 101H, due April 1, A. D. 1936, $1500 of which tire payable serially in each year commencing April 1, A. D. 1926, bearing interest in-terest from their date until paid at the rate of five (5) percentum per unuum, payable semi-annually April 1, and October 1, both principal thereof and Interest thereon payable at the National Bank of Commerce, in the city and State of New York, U. S. A.?" M. and remain open until the hour of 7 o'clock P. M. of the same day, when they shall be closed.. ACORD JOSEPH A. JUSTESEN JOSEPH F. HANSEN REPRESENTATIVE PRECINCT NO. 4 CITY HALL, MORONI CITY, JUDGES: A. L. BRADLEY ISAAC M. DRAPER JAMES HARDY REPRESENTATIVE PRECINCT NO. 5 CITY HALL, FOUNTAIN GREEN CITY, JUDGES: JAMES L. NIELSEN HYRUM ANDERSON RICHARD PEARMAIN Only the voters possessing the following qualifications will be allowed to vote at said election and no others: "Every registered voter residing in any school representative district ;n which any election is held for the purpose of determining the question of .ssuing bonds for such school district, and who shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election, shall be entitled to vote at any such election. Challenges for cause by any qualified voter shall be pllowed at such election, and promptly decided by the judges conducting the same."
