Brady; vocal solo, Mrs. Hazel Scofield; saxophone solo, Deon Sanders; talk, Willis Brady; vocal solo, Floyd Young; talk, Bishop Golden Carlston; vocal solo, Mrs. Alice Olsen of Provo; talk by the returned missionary; mis-sionary; vocal solo, Mr. Garner Maidsen of Provo; talk by Mr. William A. Bohne; closing prayer pray-er was given by Peter Sundwall. Mr. and 'Mrs. Fred Eridkson, Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Guiver and daughter all of Salt Lake City, visited with Mr. and Mrs. ii. iomas Rigby the -weekend. Mr. and Mrs. William E. Bohne, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Peterson Pe-terson were visitors in Salt Lake City and Tooele last week. Mrs. Inez Hansen is visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Mower. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Brady are the proud parents of a baby boy born November 8. Mrs. Brady was ifonmerly Miss Bertha Ber-tha Howell. . Mr. andS JWrs. Garner Madsen, Mr. and Mrs. Aid en Olsen of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Roberts of Mt. Pleasant were visitors at toe home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Christiansen ttie a eekend. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jones and family of Salt Lake City visited with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hen-ry W. Jones last weetk. Mr. a. id Mrs. Demoss Bills and son Carrol of Columbia and ivir. 'and Mrs. Glenn Green of : hisile spent Thanksgiving in Fairview. Mr. Hynum Vance Jr. celebrated cele-brated his birthday anniversary annivers-ary last Wednesday at his home. A lovely dinner 'was served to a number of relatives. Last Sanday fourteen returned missionaries from Salt Lake City came to the Fairview North ward dhapel and put on the piogranv in Sacrament meeting, i'hey put on a splendid program and it was much enjoyed by those present. Mr. George (Tony) Vance, son of Mr. and Mrs. Myron Vance, eft Wednesday for the Panama Canal -where he will work as an engineer. Mrs. Rose Stucki entertained The Literary Club Monday evening. eve-ning. The lesson on the Book of Mormon was given. Light refreshments were served to eight members. Mrs. Nellie Carlston was a visitor in Salt Lake City -this week. Mrs. Olive Hurst entertained her Bridge Club last Monday night. Refreshments were served serv-ed to twelve guests. Mrs. Mildred Lasson won high' score prize and Mrs. Helen Lasson a on second high. Mrs. Teola Blank and family went to Salt Lake City to spend the Thanksgiving holidays. Mrs. Anma Vance is visiting in Salt Lake City with relatives. Mrs. Ethel Mower entertained entertain-ed her sewing club Wednsday afternoon. Refreshments were served to ten ladies. |
