By Special Correspondence I Fountain Green Fittingly Observes Memorial Day Memorial Day was a very significant sig-nificant day in the history of Fountain Green as many moved through the cemetery from shortly short-ly after sun-up till dusk. There were very few graves without flowers. Many were profusely . covered with flowers. Among the many who paused from their busy life for just a day to remember those who had gone before, were: Mrs. Ruby Ivory, Mrs. Donna McDonald, Mrs. Melba Guymon and family, Mrs. Bertha Llewellyn, Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Yorgason and sons. Valgene, Delbert and Forrest Yorgason, Mr. and Mrs. Truman Curtis, Mr. and Mrs. Bell Gregory, Mr. C. T. Christiansen, Mr. and Mrs. Asael Olsen, Joseph Robertson, Robert-son, Mrs. Mary Danzie, Mrs. Lu-vina Lu-vina Hansen and daughters, Mrs. Orvilla Jacobsen, Mrs. Elizabeth Forness, Mr. Everet Draper, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Christensen. Trouseau Tea Given at The Robertson Home Mrs. Lillian Robertson entertained enter-tained at a trouseau tea Sunday between the ho-rs of 2 p. m. and 6:00 p. m. in honor of her daughter, Jayne Christensen, who recently became the bride of Darrow Christensen of JVIoroni. Miss Lois Coulsen, who is attending at-tending the B. Y. ' U. in Provo, formerly of Hazelton, Utah, has been visiting with her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Rena Crowther. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence W. Hansen Han-sen of Nephi were Fountain Green visitors Sunday, June 1st. Mr. Keith Allred and family of Provo were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John II Snow on Memorial Day. Mrs. Hallie Coombs had as her guests during t;ie week her 86 vear old mother. Mrs. Rebecca Mayfield of West Virginia and a brother, Dr. B. M. Field and family of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Ruth May Anderson 'and children of Salt Lake City have been spending their vacation with relatives in Fountain Green. Miss Clarise Olsen entertained a few of her friends at a slumbev party Wednesday evening and a midnight luncheon. Mrs. Oliver Field and daughters daugh-ters and Miss Bessie Coombs are spending their vacation in Pennsylvania. Penn-sylvania. Mrs. Roma Peel and childrer of Salt Lake City are visiting with her mother, Mrs. Thora Robertson. Mrs. Catharine Anderson and Mrs. Eliza Anderson of Twin Falls, Idaho were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Anderson on Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. j. H. Stilwell returned re-turned home after vacationing in California, Arizona and Mexico. Mrs, Ruth Moss of Standard-vine Standard-vine visited during the week at the home of Eugene Sym. Mrs. Itha Green was hostess to the Thursday Niters at her home. A dainty luncheon and cards were the evening's enjoyment. enjoy-ment.
