Show TELEGRAM NEW RATIONS PUT ON RUBBER FOOTWEAR All sales and shipments of six types of Men's Rubber Boots and Rubber Work Shoes were FROZEN at midnight Sept. 29th and will be resumed under a Rationing system to go into effect Oct. 5th, Clem W. Collins, Regional 0PA Administration Ad-ministration announces today. Collins said the new Rationing Ration-ing Order is of immediate interest to all Ranchers, Farmers, Miners, Oil Field Workers, Metal Workers and Construction workers in the Rocky Mountain region. The six types on which sales have been suspended pending Rationing are: 1 Hip high Rubber Boots, including all Boots of Hip, Body and Thigh lengths. 2 Over the Knee Rubber Boots, including Storm King height. 3 All Heavy Sport Rubber Boots. 4 All Lightweight Short Rubber Boots. 5 Rubber Paces Bootees and Work Shoes, less than Ten Inches in height. All dealers in these articles are required to obtain inventory in-ventory forms from their local War Price and Rationing Boards by Saturday, Oct. 3. The "FROZEN" Boots may be sold I beginning Monday, October 5th to persons who obtain Rationing Certificates from their local boards. I DENVER REGIONAL 0PA. |
