Show NOTICE OF SALE UNDER CHATTEL CHAT-TEL MORTGAGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occured on the part of the mortgagors under that certain chattel mortgage executed the 10th day of January, 1928, by A. C. Candland, Lydia H. Cand-land, Cand-land, Harold A. Candland and Wendell H. Candland, mortgagers, to North Sanpete Bank, mortgagee, filed the 8th day of March, 1928, in the office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Sanpete County, Utili; that the indebtedness secured by said Chat';-;' Mortgage has not been paid; that there is now owing, ow-ing, past due and unpaid on the note secured by said mortgage the sum of $11,000 principal, together with interest thereon at thi rate . of twelve per cent per annum from th. 25th day of July, 1930. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to . law and the terms of said mortgage mort-gage the property described in said mortgage, to-wit: Eight hundred and twenty-eight twenty-eight (828) head of stock sheep marked in the ears with an under bit and an end bit In each ear and wool branded with three bars, thus: Together with the off-spring from said sheep and the wool upon or produced from said sheep, will be sold at public auction to the highest cash bidder on Monday, Mon-day, the 15th day of May, 1933, at the hour of two o'clock P. M. at the P. A. Poulson feed yards one mile South of Mt. Pleasant, in the Mt Pleasant Precinct, Sanpete County, State of Utah. Purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States.
