Show NOTICE OF MEETING Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the members of the Utah-Wasatch Dairy, Inc., will be held at the City and County Building in Provo, Utah County, Utah, on the 29th day of April, 1933 at 2 o'clock P. M., for the purpose of considering a pro- posal to amend the Articles of Incorporation In-corporation of the association in the following manner: To Insert in Article VI a provision pro-vision setting forth that the association as-sociation be capitalized at the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), divided into Five Thousand Thou-sand (5,000) shares of voting, common com-mon stock of the" par value of $1.00 per share, and Eight Hundred Hun-dred (800) shares of non-voting preferred stock of the par value of f25.00 per share, instead of the present provisions as to the same matter now existing in said Article Ar-ticle VI; also to add to Article XI of said Articles of Incorporation a provision providing for the creation crea-tion of a sinking fund to be taken from surplus earnings for the purpose pur-pose of retiring the preferred stock. The said meeting is also called for the purpose of repealing the purported By-laws of the association associa-tion and adopting a new set for the government of the association as provided by "The Agricultural Cooperative Associations Act" of 1923, as amended in 1929.
