Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Pleasant Grove City, Utah, of the intention of such City Council to make the following described special improvements, to-wit: To grade and construct of Portland Cement a sidewalk four feet in width, on the East side only of the following described street: First East street between Fourth North and Seventh North. Said proposed improvements shall be designated as Sidewalk Paving District No. 5. The total estimated cost of such improvements is $3,699.20. The abutter's portion of such costs is estimated at $3,121.20 and the City's portion is estimated at $578. The estimated costs per front- or lineal foot of property abutting on said proposed sidewalk is $1.35 per front foot. The abutter's portion of the cost and expenses of said improvements will be paid for by a special assessment assess-ment on all lots, parcels and pieces of land to be affected and bene fited by such improvements and abutting on said sidewalk, such assessment to be made according to the number of front feet abutting abut-ting on said sidewalk. All protests or objections to such improvements or to the carrying out of such intention must be in writing, signed by the owners of the property affected, describing the same, together with the number num-ber of front feet represented and filed with the city recorder on or before the 8th day of November, 1954 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The city council at its first meeting thereafter, there-after, to-wit: On the 8th day of November at the hour of 8:01 p.m. in the City Hall in Pleasant Grove, Utah will hear and consider such protests and objections to said improvements im-provements as shall have been made.
