Show Lindon Relief Societies Will Give Sunday Evening Programs This Sunday Sunday evening services March 7 in the I,imlon ward chapel will be conducted by the Relief Society leaders of the Lindon ward and the Lindon Second ward at the appointed ap-pointed times. The programs will closely follow the outlined program pro-gram for the Relief Societies throughout the church. However the following will participate on the evening services. Lindon Ward, March 7, at 5:30 p.m. Prelude music by Alberta Walker, organist. Two songs by the singing mothers, "Jesus the very thought of thee" and "Oh, May I Know the Lord as Friend." Talk by the president, Velma Gill-man, Gill-man, scriptural reading by Naoma Walker, biographical sketch by Alberta Walker, reading by Eva Millett and a talk bringing the theme to a close by counselor Er-ma Er-ma Tomlinson. Lindon Second ward Relief Society So-ciety service for Sunday evening, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. President June Cullimore will conduct. The theme. "May I know the Lord as Friend" will be portrayed throughout through-out the program. The singing mothers will sing two numbers. Aseneth Walser and Donna Bird are the chorister and organist. A scriptural reading by Nellie Hoffman Hoff-man and a biographical sketch by Donna Bird as introductions to the theme. Choral readings and scriptural readings under the direction dir-ection of Ellen Teterson. Two talks by the president June Cullimore and her counselor, Genevieve Hansen Han-sen will carry the theme to completion. |
