Show Large Crowds Visited New Bank Building Approximately 1000 persons were guests of the Bank of Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove on the grand opening of their new banking quarters held last Saturday afternoon and evening. even-ing. Those who visited the new bank were loud in their praise of the beautiful structure and were very complimentary to the directors direc-tors and stockholders for their progressiveness in erecting such a magnificent bank building. The officers and directors and members of the staff of the Bank of Pleasant Grove express to all our visitors thanks and appreciation apprecia-tion for the attendance and expressions expres-sions of good wishes at the opening open-ing services. "We are grateful for the many floral pieces and expressions ex-pressions of good will and best wishes," said Junius A. West, vice president and cashier. . "It is hoped that we will be able to serve the public in a better bet-ter and more efficient manner, and that the new and modern facilities we have will be used extensively," Mr. West further stated. "As soon as weather enditions permit, the parking lot will be completed and opened for public use. This will make available the use of our drive-in window which will add to the convenience of our bank to the public." The night depositary and drop envelope service is already in use. |
