Show Utah Field Trial Assn. To Conduct Shooting Dog Trials Utah Field Trial association is conducting shooting dog trials on Geneva Steel property, west of the Geneva plant, on Saturday, March 13, according to George Paul, chairman of the Utah County Coun-ty Field Trial committee. Entries will be accepted at 8 a.m. on the day of the event, and running will follow immediately after af-ter the drawing of positions. The trial is for pointing type dogs, and trophies will be given for first, second and third place winners. Entry fees will be $3.00 per dog. In addition to these trophies there will be perpetual trophy given. This trophy must be won three times before it can be held permanently. Mr. Paul is very enthusiastic over ov-er the coming field trial events, and anticipates one of the finest showing of dogs ever to be assembled assem-bled in this county on that day.
