Show Cadmus Club Hears TalS on Interior Decorating Mar. 4 Cadmus Club met at the home of Faye Bellislon Monday evening, March 4, with Phyllis Thomson as co-hostess. Phillip R. Bartholomew, interior inter-ior decorator, spoke on the theme "Woman's Role in Interior Decorating." Decor-ating." He explained the use cf primary and secondaiy colors in decorating and illustrated various complimentary and adjacent color skemes. Mr. Bartholomew showed numerous fabric and floor Covering Cover-ing samples and demonstrated their uses. He also answered many questions for the group. A legislative report on the school finance problem was given by Cumbrah Cullimore. Sytha Johnson John-son reported on the Third Juvenile District Youth Home, and stated that the district in cooperation with the BYU, is at present host to the Intel-mountain Juvenile Court Institute. Refreshments were sei-ved to the above mentioned and the following follow-ing members: Effie Adams, Winni-frerl Winni-frerl Adamson, Phyllis Banks, Beu-lah Beu-lah Bradley, Ida Brim hall, Laura Cromar. Geneve Dalton, Margaret Hayes, Ella Jackson, Carol Jaynes, May in el l.a Johnson, Afton Miller, Daisy Nielson, Ina Page, Beth Shoell, Ora Thorne, Helen Wadiey, and Carol Wells. Guests of the hostesses were Mae Hardman, Maude Richards, Kalhryn Rees, Rose Radmall, and Mrs. Jerry Hill. |
