Show PGHS Class of 1903 Holds Reunion In A. F. Canyon Fifty-two years ago, (1903) a group of boys and girls, now prominent citizens of this community com-munity and state graduated from the Pleasant Grove schools, and proceeded to make their separate ways in life. Every few years this group has met in reunion and kept the ties of friendship warm and strong. A number of these people met in a gay social at the Martin S. Christianson summer home in Tibbies Fork, last Friday evening, where they enjoyed a delicious dinner din-ner ,and after greetings and a check up on class members, they heard one of their members, Geo. W. Larson ,tell of his and Mrs. Larson's recent tour of Europe and show slides and pictures taken during their two months of travel. The evening ended with a real chit chat of earlier days. Two very popular members of the group Junius J. Hayes and Jesse M. Walker have passed on since the last class reunion. Present at Friday nights affair were Mr. and Mrs. Neils Fugal, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Larson, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Atwood, Mrs. Rhoda Stagg, Mrs. Hazel Fryer, Mrs. Bell Baxter, Mr. and Mrs. Martin S. Christianson, all of Pleasant Grove; Mr. and Mrs. David Dav-id A. West, Mrs. Daisy Foutz, Mrs. Martha Wadlely, Mrs. Tillie Healy, all of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Johnson and Mrs. Lerena Leavitt, of Provo. |
