Show ZONING. SEWER ARE SUBJECTS AT CITY COUNCIL SESSION At the regular City Council meeting" held last Monday nig'ht the request of Don C. McFate for permission to sell building lots in the area formerly occupied occu-pied by the old city dump was considered. The matter was referred re-ferred to Mayor Burton H. Adams, Ad-ams, the Streets committee and the city attorney for study and recommendation. Regarding the extension of sewer service to requested areas of the city, the Mayor was authorized auth-orized to sign the resolution approved ap-proved by the council through which the specifications of Engineer En-gineer John Neff and the bond attorney will provide for "Special "Spec-ial Assessment Sewer District 1959-1. In this connection a new City Ordinance will be approved, advertised ad-vertised and notices to property owners given calling for a public hearing in the matter. Public Safety chairman Gerald Ger-ald Klemm reported that Lindon City authorities had requested PI. Grove City furnish a schedule of costs and time spent in providing police protection for the Lindon ar:a. From this data the Lindon City fathers may draw their own conclusion regarding continuing the service.
