Show Shetland Pony Club Elects Officers Recently Dr. Robert Poulson of Tre-monton, Tre-monton, Utah, was eleoted as President of the Rocky Mountain Moun-tain Shetland Pony Club at the annual dinner meeting held at the Alpine Villa Grill last Monday evening. Other officers elected were R. W. Bradford, Pleasant Grove, vice president and Mrs. W. E. Palmer, Salt Lake City, secretary-treasurer. Also at the Saturday evening meeting, 1958 trophy awards were made as follows: Roadster Class, A. J. Neiderhauser, Sunset, Sun-set, Utah; Multiple Hitch, R. W. Bradford and All Around Sportsman Class, W. E. Palmer, Salt Lake City. Following the dinner, plans were formulated for the annual pony auction which will be held early next spring at the Alpine Villa. Arrangements for the sale are being made by W. E. Bradford Brad-ford and sons William and Richard. Rich-ard. "The 1959 spring pony auction will attract at least 1500 Shetland Shet-land Pony enthusiasts to Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove and considerable money mon-ey will be spent here during the day," Mr. Bradford said. |
