Show Book Review Is Given to Club At Last Meeting The Mother's Study Club held their meeting at the home of Margaret Mar-garet OlpLn Wednesday evening. The hostess served a delicious ,w tray luncheon assisted by her daughters, Jewel Knight, LuJean Sundberg and Pauline Olpin. Lacy White was in charge of the meeting meet-ing and the club colleot was read by Rose Radmall. "The Winthrope' Woman" was reviewed by Hattie Knight of Provo. This is a historical novel and muoh of the material came through reading the journals kept by Gov. John Winthrope of Mass. The story brings alive the history his-tory of New England. Guests were Mrs. Amos Merrill and Mrs. Knight of Provo, Donna Don-na Ash, and Mrs. Waddoups. Club members were Oral Wright, Ethel Fenton, Lacy White, Eva Adams, Rose Radmall, Rad-mall, Edna Newman, Fern Smith, Nora Macfarlane, Manetba Gam-ett, Gam-ett, May Jensen, Ida West and Estelle Fenton. Next club meeting will be held at the home of Ethel Fenton, Thursday, Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. |
