Show J. A. West Invites Citizens to Join in Turkey Days Events Junius A. West, President of the Associated Businessmen of Pleasant Grove was enthusiastic Wednesday regarding the general favorable response of this community's com-munity's business and professional profession-al men and women in support of the current Christmas Turkey Days activities. Especially do we invite our friends in all the neighboring North Utah County communities to visit with us during December Decem-ber 1 through 20. We sincerely appreciate the loyal support and interest displayed dis-played by our business people and other loyal citizens in making mak-ing our two previous Pne-Christ-mas shopping days so successful. This year we hope to do "even better in making available outstanding out-standing goods and services at the lowest possible prices. We hope you all will give us the opj portunity to serve through the numerous f acilities available here. Christmas Turkey Days was initiated as a community building build-ing enterprise. We hope to accomplish ac-complish this by calling attention atten-tion to what we have and by friendly and efficient service. As an organization, we are proud of our community and the people who live here. We are happy hap-py that more and more fine families fam-ilies are choosing to establish homes in this locality. We appreciate the efforts of our civic leaders in improving our streets and other physical assets to comfortable living in our city. Many of our business houses have improved their buildings and added stock and services in recent re-cent months. We join in a word of thanks for their faith in the business future of this area.. Since Christmas Turkey Days was established in 1956 several new business enterprises have been launched in Pleasant Grove. We are happy at their success and appreciate their joining with us in the 1958 activities. ' In conclusion and in behalf of the members of the Associated Businessmen of Pleasant Grove, we bid you all welcome to our activities this year and extend best wishes for a joyous holiday season.
