Show Nixon Scheduled to Appear In Utah Today, Tomorrow Utahns will have one of their best opportunities to see and hear Vice President Richard M. Nixon in person when he visits the State this week. Thursday evening he will be in Salt Lake City and Friday morning morn-ing in Provo. His official schedule as released by Thomas G. Judd, GOP State Chairman, is us follows: Thursday: 6 p.m. Arrival by chartered commercial plane at Salt Lake Airport. 6:20 p.m.--Conference at LDS Church offices. of-fices. 6:30 p.m. Press conferences, confer-ences, separately by the Vice President and Mrs. Nixon at the Hotel Utah. A Republican State Rally will begin at 8:15 p.m. at the Rainbow Rain-bow Randevu with Charles E. Peterson, Provo, master of ceremonies. cere-monies. Tiie Nixons will leave the Hotel Utah at 8:35 to attend the R.ally. Senator and Mrs. Arthur Ar-thur V. Watkins, Congressman and Mrs. William A. Dawson, Congressman and Mrs. Henry Al-dous Al-dous Dixon, other Republican Party leaders and State and local lo-cal officials and dignitaries will accompany the Nixons from the Hotel to the Rally. At 9 p.m. a live broadcast over 'Station KTVT (channel 4-Salt Lake City) will feature the Vice-President. Vice-President. Intermountain Network Net-work stations will carry the Nixon Nix-on broadcast also. Friday at 8:45 the Nixons will leave Salt Lake Airport for Provo. Pro-vo. At 10 a.m. the Vice President will speak at a public meeting, including the studentbody of Brigham Young Univci-sity, at the Campus. About noon the Nixons Nix-ons will leave by air from Prov for Casper, Wyoming.
