They are busy planning activities for the coming- year. Seminary Students Elect New Officers for Year Many Activities Are Being Planned by Students The newly elected studentbody officers of the Pleasant Grove Seminary have been busy planning plan-ning activities for the cuirent school year, according to Deanna Rees, publicity chairman. Officers elected recently were Steven Walker, president; Roland Rol-and Haycock, vice president"; Ann Lee Fowlke, historian, Sue Black secretary and Deanna Rees,, reporter. re-porter. The first of the activities planned plan-ned is a District Convention for all Seminary studentbody officers in Utah County. This conclave is slated for Thursday, Oct. 3 in Pleasant Grove. Other activities will include the annual "Pin Presentation," Nov. 13; the annual Stocking Dance, Dec. 27 and the .Spring Party on April 10. Individual class parties w-ill also be held as the year advances. ad-vances. The Seminary students are also al-so planning to conduot Seminary programs at Sacrament meetings in Tinipanogos Stake, with the consent of the Ward Bishoprics. |
