Show Reception Honors i Young Couple Impressive wedding riles pel-formed by LinJon Second Ward Bis- hop Kennoth H. Giilman May 25 f united in marriage Louella Christ-; Christ-; offerson, daughter Icf Mr. and Mrs. r R.ex Christofferson of Lindon, and Veil Iorg, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Vcrl Iorg of Roosevelt. The cere- ml.my was held in the Christoffer-. Christoffer-. son home. Immediately following the mar- riage a reception at the Linclon s Ward Hall honored the young i couple. The attractive bride wore ' a lovely gown lof brocadedi lace over white satin with a full gathered ' skirt with, long pointed sleeves. The fingertip veil of sheer illusion was held by a scalloped coi-onet of seed pearls. Her bridal bouquft was a cascade of red .roses, j Attending -the bride as maid cf ! honor was Dorothy Kimbol. Brides-! Brides-! maids were Marilyn Harsh, Rea ! Christofferson, Donna Tilt, and Connie Christofferson. Colleen Tilt, Robin Cobbley and Peggy Christofferson Christ-offerson were the petite flower girls. The best man was the groom's Seminary teacher, Mr. Stoirenson of Roosevelt, who converted the young man to the LDS Church. Soft music was played duiing the receiving line by Mrs. Lorraine R.uffell, and the bridal party stood before a large white satin heart. The hall was decorated with baskets bas-kets cf spring flowers. The bride's mother greeted guests in a lavender and white silk print, while the mother of the groom wore lig'ht blue lace. Both mothers pined on orchid corsages. The refreshments were served1 by young frieinds of the bride, and assistants with the gifts were Mrs. Noel Christofferso)?, Mrs. Violet Lott and Mrs. Lucille Christofferson. Christoffer-son. Patsy Hardman was in charge of the guest book. For the honeymoon trip to California, Calif-ornia, the bride chose a dress of soft pink chiffon. The young couple has not yet decided where (they will moke their home. |
