Show Roy G. Fugal Visits Relatives In Pleasant Grove Mrs. LaVina Fugal, received a very pleasant surprise Friday morning mor-ning when her son Roy G. Fugal, arrived unannounced from the east coast, to visit with his relatives relat-ives while on a hasty but urgent business trip for his company, and luckily being in time to attend sessions of the LDS conference. Saturday afternoon and Sunday Mr. Fugal spent here, when the entire family gathered in happy reunion at the old home. Saturday evening a sumptious dinner was enjoyed, and Sunday afternoon the same group enjoyed luncheon. D. J. Fugal of Sandy was master of ceremonies, and the brother from Bridgeport, Conn., was induced to relate high lights of his activities during the last 20 years stories being told as only Roy could tell them. Participating in the very happy family gatherings were the proud mother and the honor guest, and Mr. and Mrs. Delbert J. Fugal, and two children of Sandy; Mil-ford Mil-ford and Alta Fugal Gardiner and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gardiner of Alton, Wyoming; Alfred and Vida Fugal Swenson and Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Christensen and Ar-lene Ar-lene and Kay Swenson of Provo; M. H. and Genevieve Fugal Wright and family and Loile J. and Anna Fugal Bailey and children child-ren of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Jean Fugal and family and Mr. and Mrs. John Fugal and children. Eighteen members of the Fugal family were at the Salt Lake Airport Air-port ,to bid Roy Goodspeed on his trip back home. |
