Show Pleasant Grove Health Council Selects Officers For Year; Mrs, Raymond Bastian President i Mrs. Raymond Bastian has been elected President of the Pleasant' Grove Health Council, replacing Mrs. H. S. Walker, who has been eletced to the Utah County Health Council. ! Other officers elected were Mrs. Robert Marrott, holdover, vice-president; vice-president; Mrs. David Waid, secretary; and board of directors, Dr. B. C. Linebaugh, city board of health; S. Council for the six projects com- j pleted during the past year; a discussion of new project outlined outlin-ed for the coming season. Dr. B. C. Linebaugh of the executive board stressed the vital need of typhoid immunization, due to atmospheric conditions. Mayor Marrott asked cooperation cooperat-ion of the council in educating the people as to the present program pro-gram of garbage disposal. For those wishing this service the city truck will pickup garbage for 1.00 per month. Present not alreaay mentioned were Gladys Friant, Central School P-TA; May Morgan, B. B. Ladies; Beulah Bradley, P-TA of High School; Principal Ray Mer- rill, Central School and Mrs. Ar-I Ar-I lene Laga, Merrymakers Club. council; H. E. Bradley, fire department; de-partment; Mrs. Neil Fugal, Stake Relief Society; Mrs. Elden West-over, West-over, immunization; Mrs. Gordon Atkinson, publicity. Retiring besides Mrs. Walker, are: Mrs. Harvey Smith, secretary; secre-tary; Mrs. Richard Allred, immunization im-munization chairman; Wilford Freeman, city council.
