Show Local News Mrs. J. F. Oliver on Sunday afternoon entertained a group of young fry, in compliment to the 6th birthday anniversary of her daughter Jane. Children's games and refreshments were enjoyed by Kathryn Ann Rosband, Richard, Rich-ard, Doug, and Gregory Spencer. Ellen and Larry Adamson, Janice Adamson, Joe and Ann Olliver and the happy little hostess. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Oscarson and son Don of St. Lous, Mo., have been visiting here and in Provo with relatives and friends. The Oscarsons made the trip west for the purpose of bringing their son Don, who is registering at the B. Y. U. for the coming year. Monday they were dinner guests of Mr. Oscarson's sister and brother in law Mr. and Mrs. Al-roy Al-roy Gillman. Others for whom covers were laid were Mrs. G. E. Oscarson and Mrs. Annie Gillman, the host and hostess and Larry. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Day of Las Vegas, Nevada, visited over the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. . Prestwich. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Beers and daughter Betty visited with relatives relat-ives in Vernal over the week-end. Mrs. Wm. Blackwell left Saturday Satur-day with Mr. and Mrs. James Price and two sons of Tooele, for a vacation trip to the west coast. Mrs. Blackwell will visit with her daugter and son in law Mr. and Mrs. Brigham Van Wagoner and children at Bakersfield, Calif. |
