Show Relief Societies of Stake Will Hold Opening Socials The Second ward Relief Society will hold their opening social at 2 p. m. at their hall in the ward chapel on Tuesday, October 2. Regular classes will begin the following fol-lowing week. The Grove ward Relief Society will open their year's work, with a social on Tuesday, October 2, at 2 p.m. according to Mrs. Ida H. West, president. All ladies of the ward are invited to attend. Manila ward Relief Society have arranged a very interseting program pro-gram for their opening social on Tuesday, October 2, at 2 p.m. at the ward chapel. The theme will be "The , Family Hour," worked out by Geneve Dalton, Gwen Adams, Maggie Roundy and Lur-ent Lur-ent Warnick. Music will include trio by Blanche and Nelda War-nick War-nick and Maurine Allen, and a vocal solo by Carol S. Swenson. Introduction ot the year's lesson les-son work will be given by class leaders: Marie Brown, teacher topic; Cora Atwood, Theology; Work Meeting, Diantha Acker-man; Acker-man; Geneve Warnick, Literature and Geneve Dalton, Social Science. Pleasant Grove First Ward Relief Society will hold their opening meeting on Wednesday, October 3 at 2 p.m. An interesting interest-ing program is being planned and all women of the ward have a warm invitation to be present. Regular class work will being on Wednesday, October 10th. The Lindon Ward Relief Society Soc-iety will hold their opening social Tuesday, October 2, at 2 p.m. A fine program has been arranged, and refreshments will be served, All ladies of the ward the invited ! to be preesnt.
