Show Diplomas Received For Scout Course By Lindon Leaders Three Lindon Youth Leaders received their diplomas for attending attend-ing the eleven week scouting course cour-se sponsored by the LDS scouting program. It was presented for the benefit of all leaders interested in making this program better and more efficient. Mrs. Hazel Bullock and Mrs. Pearl Remund of Lindon received their training in the special eleven year old group or Guide Patrol rjroeram. This program is now sponsored in the Primaries of the various wards. They received special spec-ial assistance on group organization, organiza-tion, awards, cooking, first aid, scouting and much worthwhile instruction necessary in successfully success-fully leading this group. Paul Pack of Lindon attended and completed a regular course of instruction 'in the many needs and requirements of boys in the regular regul-ar scouting division. This program was presented so that boys in these age groups could benefit from its instruction by receiving training from those leaders who attended it. |
