The displays were divided into six departments as follows: flowers, flow-ers, fruits and vegetables, dolls, hobbies, mineral, baking. The students of Central school are to be complimented on the fine displays at the fair, and the enthusiasm en-thusiasm displayed there will no doubt continue as the chidren grow up and then they will participate par-ticipate in community and state fairs. One of the main objectives of a school fair is to give the students an opportunity to exhibit a doll, or flower or whatever they have, ami also to allow them the pleasure pleas-ure of taking' home a ribbon for their efforts. |
