Show PL Grove News Sergeant Sheldon Blair returned to Camp Swift, Teras, on December 6 th after spending ten days visiting with his wife and -three daughters in Los Angeles. Mrs. Josephine Bezzant is rejoicing re-joicing over the arrival of a new great grand daughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Blair Dec. Tth, at the Lincoln hospital in Los Angeles. Ang-eles. This is the fourth girl of the Blairs. Mrs. Pearl Judd of Oakley, Idaho, vistied last weekend with her 'father Joseph Adams and other relatives. Mrs. Judd was enroute home from a visit in Los Angeles. She was accompanied ac-companied to the California City by her daughter Mrs. Roena Judd o'f Pleasant Grove. Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Hardman, Mr. and Mrs. Grey Hardman and Miss Hazel Hardman on Sunday attended at-tended a missionary farewell at the Holliday ward in honor of Kenneth Sundberg, son o'f Mr. and Mi's. Guy Sundberg formerly of Pleasant Grove. Following the church program, pro-gram, the local people attended a family gathering at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Sundberg. Miss Elizabeth Newman entertained enter-tained the Third ward Sunday School officers and teachers at her home last Friday evening. Games, refreshments and gift exchange were the pleasant diversions of the evening and were enjoyed by Mr. and Mrs. Leo Harvey, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Told, Mi (and Mrs. Daryl Huish, Bishop and Mrs. Neil Fugal, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Jarvis, Miss Mary Neves, Miss Barbara Rasmuss-en, Rasmuss-en, Miss Marjory Holdaway, Mrs. Ethel Carlson, Miss Berniece Mon-son. |
