Show Local News Items On Thursday of last week Mrs. H. E. Loomis entertained the Play School children at a birthday party in compliment to her son Douglas. The party was held at the play school where the little tots enjoyed p. program, games and dainty refreshments. Mrs Darrel Yancey entertained on Tuesday at a children's party honoring her young daughter Shir-daf-yt-ictand?AtHlrkatonTu s !e ley's 7th birthday anniversary. Games were directed by Miss Alice Yancey and dainty refreshments served to the following young guests: Barbara Martell, Glenda Harding, Pauline McCandlass, Agnes Ag-nes Urie, Jeanne Johnson, Kaj and Jo Ann Gardiner, Kathryi Wallace, Charlotte Gardiner, am Clifford Dixon Jr. 1 Mrs. Wendell Keetch entertained a group of her friends at her home Thursday evening. Luncheon was served followed toy the game of "Hearts," at which through a well won:ed out scneme, everyone received a prize. Guests included Mrs. Lawrence Farr, Mrs. Golden j Peay, Mrs. Orson Lee, Mrs. Connell Larson, Mrs. Geo. McMillen, Mrs. Goe. Ba.t?r, Mrs. Robert Marrott, Mrs Harvey Smith and Mrs. Velda Gilchrist.. The sons and daughters of the U'te Milien D. Atwood enjoyed a family get-to-gether Sunday, the occasion being the birthday anniversary anni-versary of their father.
