Oscarson announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter Florence ami Mr. Alroy Gillman, both of Pleasant Grove. The marriage took place Thursday Thurs-day in the Salt Lake Temple, with I 'resident Broadbent, who was Miss Oscarson's misipn president, officiating. offi-ciating. Accompanying the couple and, witncing the ceremony were the bride's mother, the groom's mother Mrs. Annie Gillman, Mrs. FA. Oscarson and Mrs. Doris Hoo-ley. Hoo-ley. Following the temple rites, the newly-weds and party were guests of the brides sister and brother-in-law Mr and Mrs. Carl Fors in Cottonwood. Both Mr. and Mrs. Gillman are popularly known in this community. commun-ity. Mrs. Gillman has fullfilled an L. D. S. Mision in Sweden and has hern very activce in church activities act-ivities in the First Ward, and is at the present time President of the Y. L. M. I. A. Since her return from the mission field, she has been employed as a clerk in the local post office Mr. Gillman, who is a son of Mrs. Annie Gillman, of Lindon Ward, is very active and energetic in both church and civic affairs, is President of the Lindon Town Board an Supt. of the Ward Sunday Sun-day School. |
