Elders' Conference In Windsor Ward Is Successful A successful Elders' conference was held in Windsor ward Sunday evening under the direction of Charles Cobbley, Timpanogos stake high council representative. Milton Smith presided, and gave a brief talk on nossibilities for increased activity in the ward. Other speakers were Milton Johnson, John-son, whose theme was "Perfection through Progression"; Bernard Walker and Floyd Johnson who talked of the responsibilities of an elder; and Mr. Cobbley who stressed the idea that it is easy to become an elder, but to become an outstanding out-standing elder requires continual effort and service to the quorum. William C. Smith and Elwood Baxter of the high council were also al-so present.
