Show NOTICE OC INTKNTION Notice is hereby given by Did City Council of Pleasant Grove City, Utah, of Die Intention of said Council to make the following described de-scribed Improvements and to levy taxes to pny for Die same, to wit: To grade and pave with prlnio base two course asphalt mat, 20 feet wide on the following streets In Pleasant Grove City: Second South Street or (Battle Creek Street) from a point where the North Union Canal crosses Die street to a point where the Provo Reservoir Canal crosses the street. First North Street between fourth four-th east street and a point approximately approx-imately in line with Horace Mon-son's Mon-son's bnrn. Fourth Enst Street between 5 north street and the north limit of Pleasant Grove City. Said proposed improvements shall be called Street Improvement j District No. 4. The estimated cost per front or linear foot of property abutting on said improvement on each side of snid streets is 20 cents. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing, stating stat-ing lot and block numbers or de-' de-' seription of property by meets and bounds to the City Recorder on or before Die 22nd day of September 1017, at 5:00 o'clock p. m. The City Council of Tleasant Grove City will meet at its regular meeting place on Die 22nd day of September, 1917 at 8 p.m. and consider con-sider suuh protests and objections to said improvements as shall have been made.
