Show Stake Beehive Graduation To Be Held Sunday Timpanogos stake Beehive graduation grad-uation exercises will be conducted Sunday September 7 at 2:30 p.m. in the ward chapel. Mrs. Elda G. Walker is stake Beekeeper and the program is as follows: Music prelude, Miss Carol Smith, Flag Ceremony, Prayer, Patsy Anderson. Songs, Beehive Marching Song, Beehive Cheer Song, by Beehive girls. Welcome speech and presentation presentat-ion of Spirit of the Hive cards to new beehive girls, Stake YWMMIA president Effie W. Adams. Explanation of awards by stake beekeeper, Elda G. Walker; presentation pres-entation of awards. Dramatization, The Spirit of the Hive, by Honor Beehive Girls; Song, Honor Beehive girls. Address, Donna O. Ash. Song, When Twilight Shadows Fall and prayer, Karma Christiansen. Warren Kirk and Carol Smith have arranged the musical numbers. num-bers. A special display of articles finished by the girls during their three years of Beehive work will be shown in the recreation hall. Mrs. Oral Wright, who is herself her-self an Honor Beekeeper is graduating grad-uating her full class of 13 as honor bees. They are Joan Hardman, Jeanelle Walker, Elva Neilson, Peggy Spencer, Nadine Johnson, Beverly Wright, Patsy Anderson, Mary Lou Morgan, Geraldine Thorne, Faye Kirkman, Gene Gar-lick, Gar-lick, Marilyn Walker and Carol McMillen. The First ward, where Mrs. Lucille Lu-cille Hillman is beekeeper, there are 11 honor bees, Geniel Neilson, Darlene Bezzant, Helen Crease, Pat Hillman, Leta Lindsey, Ver-lene Ver-lene Winters, Joanne Whitehead, Jerry Bradley, Carol Christensen, Barbara Jensen. Lindon ward with Mrs. May Jacklin beekeeper will graduate four honor bees, Edith Jean Walker, Walk-er, Anita Walker, Janice Smith and lone Harris. There are four honor bees led by Mrs. Helen Harvey in the Third ward, namely, Maurine Pedersen, Geraldine Adamson, Karma Chris-tianson Chris-tianson and Gloria Jackson. Mrs. Glendon Liston of Manila ward will present two honor bees for graduation, Louise Adams and Loraine Jeppson. Everyone is cordially invited to come out Sunday afternoon and enjoy this inspiring program which the girls and their leaders have arranged. |
