SENIOR RINGS ARRIVE Very much interest was manifested manifest-ed Monday by the arrival of the Senior rings and envied very much by the lower classmen. The rings are of yellow gold with a ruby on which a shield is placed having the inscription inscrip-tion of American Fork High School. CHANGE OF PROGRAM TAKES PLACE BETWEEN P. G. AND LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL Assembly programs were exchanged exchang-ed by the Pleasant Grove and local high school Wednesday. The main feature of the program, taken to Pleasant Grove was a musical burlesque, bur-lesque, "The Fascinators", by a group of Junior girls. Other numbers consisted con-sisted of readings by Francis Foster and Mcttie McCallister and a violin solo by Leland Priday. The program brought here by Pleasant Grove was as follows: a selection from the male quartet; two solos by Foy Fage; dance, Devona Bezzant and Genevieve Fugal; reading read-ing Margaret Stagg; three numbers from a double trio; two readings by May Shoell, and two vocal solos by Randall Musgrove. AG. CLUB ORGANIZES A meeting was held Monday, where under the direction of Mr. Allan, the following officers were elected for the Ag. Club: president, Earl Chadwick; vice president, Stanford Steele; secre tary, Sidney Skinner. ORCHESTRA PREPARING PREPAR-ING CONCERT The members of the orchestra, under the direction of K. J. Bird, are working very hard on a concert to be given Wednesday, December 11, at the regular weekly assembly. The concert will consist of several solos in addition lo the orchestra numbers and from all indications promises to be one of the outstanding assembly programs of the year. An invitation is ex'tended to the patrons of our school to be in attendance at this J concert. |
