Show i Thursday evening Christmas car- I ols will be heard when members of I the Junior Literary League will visit the homes of the sick to bring songs of Christmas cheer. As many of the homes as possible between the hours of eight and ten, where Christmas Christ-mas lights are in windows will also be visited and caroled. Among those from this city attending at-tending funeral services for Mr. E. H. Davis in Lehi, were: Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Gaisford, Mrs. Owen Humphries, Rulon Nicholes, Mi's. Louella Greenwood, Mrs. Barbara Boley and William Stewart. Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Beda Cook of Cedar Fort, daughter of Nellie A. Cook, to N. S. Peck, son of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Peck of this city. The marriage took place Friday, December Decem-ber 10 at the home of the bride. Following Fol-lowing the marriage ceremony a wedding reception was held in the Cedar Fort gymnasium. Among those from this city attending were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Humphries, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cook, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Conder, Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Singleton, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Singleton, Mr. and Mrs. John S. Peck, Mrs. T.illie Jensen and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hindley. Friday night in the Bromley Club Rooms, a prettily arranged party was given in compliment to Miss Golda Cunningham whose marriage takes place in the near future. The party was given by Golda's sisters and Mrs. Wilson Cunningham. Hospital Notes Harold Varney of this city is in the local hospital receiving treat-' ment for a broken leg received while stepping from a hay wagon. His condition is reported as good. Mrs. Roy Clements is receiving medical treatment at the local hospital. hos-pital. Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Oscarson of Pleasant Grove announce the arrival arri-val of a baby girl, born Monday, December 13th at the local hospital. hos-pital. Mother and baby are doing fine. Mrs. Phillip Cave returned to her mother-in-law's home, Mrs. Hazel Householder, last week, after receiving re-ceiving medical treatment at the hospital. E. N. Nunn of Reno, Nevada, and Mr. F. Lewis of Ely, Nevada, spent Friday here visiting at the home of Mr. Nunn's sister, Mrs. David Cahn. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Cahn enjoyed a dinner party given by Mr. Nunn at the Newhouse hotel. Members of the local legion aux- ' iliary will entertain their children at the Legion hall Wednesday afternoon after-noon at 4:00 p. m. A good time is in store for the children attending. attend-ing.
