Show Two Marriages Of Interest Here Are Made Known JACKLIN-WEST John Jacklin of this city announces an-nounces the marriage of his daughter, daugh-ter, Edith Jacklin, to Ross West, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. W. West of Pleasant Grove. They were married mar-ried Monday, October 16, and left immediately for a short honeymoon trip. The bride is a graduate of the American Fork high school and L. D. S. Business college. After completing com-pleting her work at the latter school, she was employed in the office of the Martin Coal company In Salt Lake City for three years. She served serv-ed as reporter for The Citizen for some time, after which she spent two years in California. After returning re-turning she was employed in the J. C. Penney store. At the present time she holds a position at the Cornet store. The bride has a wide circle of friends and business acquaintances who are extending best wishes for their future happiness. The couple will make their home in Lindon. Saturday evening, a shower will be given by sisters and sister-in-law of the bride, at the John Jacklin Jack-lin home. A large number of friends and relatives are on the guest list. |
