Show Funeral Services Held For Child Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Gillispie for their six-week-old son, Carl Heber. The child died late Thursday after a brief illness ill-ness of Bronchitis. He was born March 3, 1936. Surviving are the parents, Ralph L. and Merle Carlson Gillispie; one brother, Roy, of American Fork; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Carlson, Pleasant Grove, and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gillispie of Provo; the great-grandparents, Mrs. Margaret Robinson, American Fork; Mrs. E. A. Fullmer, Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Carlson, Pleasant Grove, Mr. and Mrs. P, J. Carlson are 83 and 77 years old, this being the first death among their children during the past 40 years. Bishop Frank G. Shelley was in charge of the services and announced announc-ed the following program: solo "Your Sweet Little Rose Bud Has Left You," Mrs. Reva Fugal accompanied accom-panied by Ann Fugal; prayer, Austin E. Tracy; remarks, Bishop T. A. Greenwood of the American Fork First ward; violin solo, "Oh My Father," Ann Clayson, accompanied by Ellen Walker; remarks. Bishop Shelley; duet, "Our Angels," Vivian Lee and Sarah Shelley, accompanied by Miss Walker; prayer, John Devey. Prelude music was played by Mrs. A. E. Tracy. Interment was made in the City cemetery where the grave was dedicated dedi-cated by Hyrum Evans. |
