Show j Spring Festival I The Pleasant Grove Junior High ' School will present a "Spring Fes- tival" for the public Wednesday evening, April 29. Students partici-: partici-: pating will be from the music and the spesch departments. The Junior High band, under the leadership of Ford M. Paulson, will be heard in the first part of the program. Students from Miss Viola West's Sth Grade speech class will present the one-act play, "The Old Sleuth." Those taking prominent J roles are : Dale Deveraux, Glen Robertson, Lorraine Williams, Ellen i Beveridge, Ramona Gourley, Mary j j Christiansen, Lola Tomlinson, Ruth j j Hales, John Fugal and Thorine j ' Smith. "The Nifty Shop," a one-act operetta op-eretta for girls, will be played by Ramona Gourley, Beth Meeks, Azo-na Azo-na Farr, Bessie Downs, Lola Tomlinson, Tomlin-son, Elaine Bird and Lucille Jense, all students from the 9th grade chorus, under the direction of E. A. Beck. Principal G. W. Larsen will be in charge of the entertainment, which will be free to the public, and all patrons are invited to attend. |
