Show I .fjjjffrffiJJ THE UTAH LEGISLATURE The house of the Utah legislature expressed its sympathy for the delinquent de-linquent taxpayer by passing a bill that will permit county commissioners commission-ers to compromise past due tax items up to sums of $300. Kep. Henderson of Panguireh introduced in-troduced a bill appropriating $1,000,- 000 for emergency relief purposes. The bill has been sent to the appropriations ap-propriations committee. The bill provides the money shall be made available to the governor and expended ex-pended by him or under his direction. direc-tion. It also provides that $15,000 be spent by the state for administration adminis-tration purposes, including the administering ad-ministering of funds of the Reconstruction Recon-struction Finance corporation in the state.
