Walton Clerk FirstPublicationJuii Notice to Contractors Sealed proposals will he received by the Board of Education of the Alpine School District at its office in American Fork, Utah, up until 7:30 P. M., Monday, July 15th, 1935, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read, for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the remodeling and repairs to the Spencer Spen-cer School, located at Orem, Utah. Plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of Joseph Nelson, Nel-son, Architect, Provo, Utah, Farmers and Merchant Bank Bunding. A deposit of $10.00 will be required on all plans and specifications. If the bidder returns the plans and specifications to the architect in good condition and submits a proposal pro-posal for the work, then the deposit will be returned, otherwise the deposit de-posit will be forfeited. ' Proposals shall be made upon the forms provided by the architect, and shall be in strict accordance with all the provisions of the specifications specifica-tions and drawings, all rules, and regulations, local and state. A certified check in the amount of 5 of the accompanying bid shall be furnished. This amount shall be equal to the basic bid plus any and all alternates, which add to the amount of the basic bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. |
