Show Third Ward at Dell July 4th Under the direction, of the M. I. A. cf the Third ward a fine progTam of activities were being put over at Mutual Dell. On July 4th in the afternoon baseball base-ball games were played between the married and single men, and soft ball games by the ladies. Children's games were also carried out. In the evening at S p. m. the following fol-lowing fine bon-fire program was rendered: Song, "America;" trio, Leon? Told, Elda Neves and Reva Fuga':: talk, "Independence Day." by A. P. Warnick; male quartette, direction di-rection of Barney Hilton; reading. "Its Fire Crackers", Master George R. Paul; trumpet solo, "Old Glory," Willie m West.; a stump speech, George Paul; duet. Bill and Elizabeth Eliza-beth Told; reading, Anna Fugal; song, trio; reading, Geraldine Mac-farlane; Mac-farlane; quartette, and trumpet solo, Donald Wright. A large crowd of Third ward people peo-ple and adjoining ward members j were in attendance. o |
