Show Dell Ampitheatre To Be Completed This Month ; i i The new Ampitheatre, which has been under construction in Ameri-: Ameri-: can Fork canyon at Mutual Dell, will be completed by the end of the , week, Ford M. Paulson reports. A dedicatory service will be held at the ' theatre on Wednesday, June 30. to which the public is invited. The three surrounding stakes, Alpine, j Lehi and Timpanogos, American Fork, Lehi and Pleasant Grove and the Forest Service corps are all I cooperating in putting over the services. Music will be furnished by the American Fork City band, C. A. Grant of Alpine Stake M. I. A.; Le-Grand Le-Grand Jarman of Timpanogos and Dr. W. L. Worlton of Lehi stakes, will be in charge of the program. A detailed account will be published publish-ed next week. The Ampitheatre, which has a seating capacity of 800, has been constructed just north of the Dell building. An adequate sized stage of concrete has been built and is lighted for night use. The seats are of split logs and are finished with a natural finish. Any civic organization, club or group desiring to use the Ampitheatre Ampithea-tre may do so by contacting either V. N. West or Ford M. Poulson. Swings and teeters are also being installed on the flat for the use of ' visitors. . This season there are two Forest Guards in American Fork canyon who will cooperate in "Show Me" trips, nature hikes or hikes to places of interest. Any group desiring the I services of these guards may make ; arrangements with Mr. Poulson or j Mr. West. ! o |
