Show Miss Leona Kelly is visiting with her sister, Mrs. George Lott. in Lehi. I Rex Ingersoll. son of Mr. and Mrs. j Milton Ingersoll. has accepted a ; position to teach in Logan next sea- j son. Mr. Ingersoll who has been principal of the Mink Creek. Idaho. high school for the past year, will replace Ray Nelson as instructor in the Junior high school in Logan. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse M. Walker and I Mrs. Rowena Doane were among those from American Fork who attended at-tended the Commencement Exercises Exer-cises for the B. Y. U. graduates in Provo last Wednesday. Miss Ellen Walker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse M. Walker graduated front the University with high honors. She majored in domestic art and science. Elder Charles Callls. former president presi-dent of the Southern States mission was the speaker. The remainder of the program consisted of readings. read-ings. Instrument ills and vocal numbers. num-bers. The eating of a box lunch provided by those attending completed com-pleted the activities of the group. Mr. and Mrs. 11. E. McNeill attended at-tended the annual party of Southern Slates missionaries sponsored by the ex-lady missionaries of the Southern States at Liberty Park In Salt. Lake City Tuesday evening'. About one hundred persons, riders, lady missionaries, mis-sionaries, converts and friends of the Southern Slates mission were present. A mothers and daughters program will be held next Tuesday afternoon In the Relief Society or the Second ward. The daughters nnd daughters-In-laws or the members or the organization are Invited to attend the meeting with their mothers. The program Tor the event is under the dlrecllon or Mrs. Joseph Nicholes and Mrs. Alma Earl. Miss Amy Wagslair will be In charge.
