Show Services Held For Mrs. Chaney Mrs;. Leona Bohrt Chaney, 26, was laid as rest in the. city cemetery Thursday, July 13th, following, tun-eral tun-eral services in the Fourth ward chapel, with Bishop Lot Robinson in charge. Mr. and Mrs. Leo T. Hansen opened the services with a. vocal duet "Come Unto Me," accompanied accompan-ied by Miss Lois, Greenwood. Prayer Pray-er was offered; by D. H. Jorgensen after which Glade Jorgensen played a trombone solo "Resignation" with Miss Greenwood as accompanist. The speakers were Leo T. Shelley Shel-ley of this, city and Thomas It. Greener, uncle of the deceased, of Springville. Each offered fitting words of consolation to the bereaved be-reaved family. Other musical numbers were a vocal solo "Lay My Head Beneath The Rose" by Moral D. Steele, and a vocal: solo "When the Sua Goes Down" by Mrs. La Rue Morton. Both were accompanied by Miss Fern Robinson. The benediction was pronounced by Jonathan F. Steggell. The dedicatory prayer at the graveside was offered by James E, Peters. The services were well attended and many lovely floral tributes decked the rostrum. |
