State Training School Project Approved ' Landscaping of the Training School hill and the construction of an outdoor theatre for entertainments entertain-ments for the school children, are included in the $18,000 W. P. A. project proj-ect that was approved Saturday at a regular meeting of the board of trustees of the Utah State Training school. Dr. Ramsay is today meeting in Salt Lake City with nearly 300 members mem-bers of the Utah Society for Mental Men-tal Hygiene. As president of the society, Dr. Ramsay will deliver an address on "Looking Ahead With Mental Hygiene." The election of officers and presentation of committee com-mittee reports will climax the meeting meet-ing which is being held in the Hotel Utah. Talks will also be given by the presidents of the county societies of Salt Lake, Cache, Utah and Weber Web-er counties. n
