Show THIRD CONCERT ARRANGED FOR WEDNESDAY Will Wright and his orchestra, The Navigators, from this city will give the next Wednesday night concert con-cert at the city park on Main street. Special vocal numbers by members of a Provo ladies trio and Glade Jor-genson Jor-genson and Joseph Clayson will be featured, and an enjoyable hour's entertainment can be expected. The popularity of the concert was again demonstrated by the large crowd of citizens who gathered Wednesday Wed-nesday night at the park where they were entertained by The Greater Melodians of Lehi, several members mem-bers of which are from this city. Vocal and instrumental numbers interspersed in-terspersed the orchestra selections. Max Smith of Lehi, sang two numbers, num-bers, Harold Johnson of Lehi played play-ed two cornet solos; the Monson sisters, sis-ters, Miss Maurine and Miss Beatrice, Bea-trice, sang and Karl Bennett played two banjo solos, all of which were enjoyed. The Americans and The Melodians have furnished the concerts for the past two weeks and Mr. Wright's group, for next week, are all doing so without remuneration. The Lions Cub is arranging the concerts with Martin Nielsen in charge. |
