Show "Ward Day" Held At Windsor Ward On Tuesday, August 15th, the Windsor ward enjoyed a reunion. At 2 p. m. sports and' games were put : over for the young people of the ward. Ball games were played between be-tween members of the 4-H club and the married and single men also between be-tween the married and single ladies. At 6 p. m. a dinner, prepared by the Relief Society and Old Folks cooks, was sold. Four hundred plates were served. After the dinner the following program was rendered on the grounds adjoining tire chapel: Song Kintergarten children; duet, Fern Gardon and Afton Prestwich; Garden Gar-den dance, Miss Gennieve Fugal; comic stunt, 4-H club; cowboy song, Ray Gillinan; roughriders dance, Anna Fugal; musical reading, Vola Johnson; piano solo, Elda Neves; acrobatic stunts, Anna Boren, and girls chorus under direction of Bessie Lowe. After the program dancing on .the j lawns was enjoyed for an hour. The proceeds for the dinner will be used for ward maintainence. i |
