Build. 0 0 The first round of the men's fastbreak basketball season in Pleasant Grove is over. Walker Oil Lindon Precision remains undefeated, unde-feated, and they are currently in the top spot. The teamshave now been placed in an upper and lower division for the second half of the season play. There is one more month of play before the league tournament, which is planned for March 6, 7 and 8. On Thursday, Feb. 2, the second round action began with Panda Homes going head-to-head with Steve Clifford Motors, who managed man-aged to pull out a win, 55-52. Terry Petersen dominated the event with 19 points and great defensive play, while teammate Rob Church hit the net for 18. Glen Arnell continued contin-ued to spark the Pandas with 21 points and exceptional all-around efforts. In the number two game, the Kinsmen defeated Thayne's, 73-69. 73-69. In another very close, well matched confrontation, Kurt Holmstead lead the winner with 22 points. Mike Olpin was the offensive offen-sive gun for Thayne's with 22 points, also. The third game put Wilkinson Bowen & Leavitt against Southam Warburton. The "Insurance Providers" Pro-viders" must have purchased some for themselves, because they came away with a well-produced win, 59-37. 59-37. Finn Gillman notched the net for 14 points to top off the victory. Mark Prothero put 11 on the board and Steve and Jay Smith each had 8 for the, "Siding Specialists."
