Undersubscribed elk and antelope permit drawing I slated Aug. 15 j Deer, elk and antelope permits remaining from the big game permit drawing held Aug. 5 will go I on sale Aug. 15 by mail only. Utah Division of Wildlife Resources spokeswoman Carol Young says there are several limited entry buck deer, bull elk and antelope buck permits available. ' Applications for the permits will be accepted by mail only by the Division of Wildlife Resources Salt Lake office. Applications received before Aug. 15 will not be accepted. Instructions on how to apply for the undersubscribed permits is listed on the back page (page 20) of the 1988-89 1988-89 Big Game Proclamation. Proclamations are available at all Division of Wildlife Resources offices of-fices and most sporting goods stores.
